Refunds will be permitted if the park is contacted by email at least 1 week prior to scheduled date of visit
Rescheduling will be permitted if the park is contacted by email at least 24 hours prior to scheduled time of arrival. Rescheduling is dependent on crowding and available slots, and is completely at the discretion of the park authorities.
