This one is located on Mahabaleshwar- Tapola road. It is located on a hill and a funicular train takes you there.There are 5 levels and each contain 1 science related model\/video. We enjoyed the small nature walk on hill. Earthquake simulation, science behind Solar and Lunar eclipse, evolution of mankind, auditorium are few of the things opened right now.The 360 degree restaurant is nice, good view on all sides, food quality and quantity is good and it is available at reasonable cost.The shop stopper on Vidnyangad is the top floor observation deck. There is a small train to go up and down. Can view the beaty of nature around the place, Koyna river, Wilson point and unknown peaks. Other than the 360 deg view, other facilities to be developed. A binocular will add excitement to people to see the natural beauty . Amphi theater is good, but not that exciting. A small garden and jungle is also good. Revolving restaurant is nice, but a bit costly. More and more facilities and entertainment to attract people.
